Homeopathy is
a system of medicine that is based on the premise that the body has its own
self- healing response. Disruptions to this response result in illness and
disease. Recognizing that the whole person (body, mind and emotions) is
affected, homeopathic medicines are selected on an individual basis.
Homeopathic medicines (commonly called remedies) are specifically prepared micro-doses of natural substances that help stimulate the body’s own healing mechanisms. Homeopathic remedies can be prescribed for minor and acute ailments to chronic conditions. A wide range of people can use homeopathy – from pregnant women, young children, adults and the elderly.
